NEXUS10 PCM System

It is simple - a newly made product is travelling on the conveyor, it gets sprayed with the Best Before date, Batch Number or some other information that might be required. Now individual products get packed into boxes, boxes travel on the conveyor where they get sprayed with some packaging information (Fragile, Top Side, Batch number, Barcode etc) also could be barcode labels applied and then verified by barcode scanners, to make sure that correct product information is printed and correct product is packaged. Now boxes are travelling on the conveyor to further packaging where they get placed on the pallet and wrapped and here we need the SSCC label.

NEXUS10PCM production control system tells all printers, barcode labellers, barcode scanners what product is currently running, what information needs to be printed and where. At the same time it keeps track of how many products (products, boxes, pallets, containers, trucks etc) passed various points of production, failed any verifications and for what reasons.

NEXUS10PCM can run by itself or be integrated in with NEXUS10 VISION, PAS, QAS etc. In most cases NEXUS10PCM can also be integrated with your existing manufacturing system.

u-Reporter10 allows to produce various reports based on collected information (listing, exceptions, alerts, pareto by fault, summary for the given time frame, traceability information etc).

e-Courier10 can deliver various alerts via email or SMS, also it can generate reports and email them to people who need to act on information in them.
