NEXUS10 and u-BOX10 give manufacturers real-time control over coding, labelling, vision inspection, and production monitoring. Our systems support all common industrial interfaces and connect directly to PLCs, I/O modules, and OPC servers — with a Programmable Logic Module that lets us tailor behaviour to your exact process.
NEXUS10 started as a production line coding and labelling platform. It has grown into a modular automation system handling everything from package coding to machine vision inspection and full OEE monitoring.
Controls ink-jet and label printing on every product coming off your line. Manages Best Before / Used By dates, SKU and TUN labels, SSCC pallet labels, and barcode / RF verification. Supports SATO, CAB, and Delphi printers.

PCM — SSCC pallet labelling & dispatch
Camera-based inspection catches date printing errors, product defects, and missing components in real time. Integrates directly with reject station control so non-conforming product is removed automatically. For variable-weight products — such as meat, cheese, or cut produce — NEXUS captures the actual weight of each unit as it moves onto the pallet, so the SSCC pallet label reflects the correct combined weight for dispatch and traceability.

Tracks every manufacturing stage in real time — from raw material intake through processing, quality inspection, and finished output. Displays live OEE metrics (availability, performance, quality), active production orders, shift downtime events, and production-against-plan across the entire floor. Each stage is monitored individually so bottlenecks and stoppages surface immediately rather than at shift-end review.
Live manufacturing monitor — installed at A Touch of Glass
Rugged handheld companion for operators on the floor. Scan barcodes, verify labels, confirm pallet builds, and raise alerts — all connected live to NEXUS Engine. Works in cold stores, high-humidity environments, and areas where fixed terminals are not practical.
The barcodes and RFID tags printed by NEXUS PCM don't stop at the production line. Every label becomes an identity token that travels with the product or asset through your facility. RFID readers positioned at production stage boundaries, transfer corridors, and exit gates can capture movement events automatically — feeding live location data into StockHive without requiring manual scanning at every touchpoint.
This closes the loop between automated production control and inventory visibility. Rather than treating line-side automation and warehouse inventory as separate systems, the two share a common identity layer: the same code applied at manufacture is the one StockHive tracks through movement and dispatch.
u-BOX10 is the hardware layer between NEXUS10 software and the physical production line. It reads signals from PLCs, sensors, and I/O modules and translates them into NEXUS events — giving the software a reliable, real-time picture of what the line is actually doing.
u-BOX10 hardware interface — sits between NEXUS software and line equipment
Handles digital inputs and outputs, analogue signals, and relay-switched outputs. Connects directly to proximity sensors, photoelectric cells, encoders, and actuators on the line.
Speaks the protocols your existing equipment already uses. Connects to OPC and OPC-UA servers, Modbus TCP devices, serial instruments, and EtherNet/IP PLCs without requiring equipment replacement.
Scripted logic layer that runs inside u-BOX10. Lets us define custom event triggers, timing sequences, and conditional behaviour specific to your process — without modifying PLC code or line equipment.
Tell us about your line and we will work out whether NEXUS10 or u-BOX10 fits your situation.
