StockBee runs on dedicated barcode scanners including Zebra, CAB, and the Dolphin 50 and 55 series. Rugged enough for a workshop floor, fast enough for high-volume receiving and picking. Connects to StockHive over Wi-Fi or mobile data.

StockBee Mobile — Regular Phone

Where scan volume doesn't justify dedicated handhelds, StockBee Mobile runs on iOS and Android phones. Same cloud connection, same workflows — just on the device your team already carries.

MDC — Mobile Distribution Centre

Legacy platform — actively supported for existing deployments.

MDC is an earlier Unitracesoft platform designed for the rough end of manufacturing — receiving and shipping docks operating away from the main factory network, in high-dust or high-impact environments where consumer hardware doesn't last.

It runs on rugged WinCE handhelds from Intermec and Symbol. MDC is not offered for new deployments — StockBee on modern Android hardware covers the same use cases with better connectivity and a lower hardware cost. However, we continue to fully support existing MDC installations at client sites. If you're running MDC, we're still here for it.

ProofSafe Integration — Field Asset Auditing

ProofSafe is a mobile and cloud platform for field-based asset auditing, compliance inspections, and safety data collection. Unitracesoft has built a production integration between ProofSafe, StockHive, and the NEXUS10/u-BOX10 platform — connecting field data collection to your asset register and operational systems in a single workflow.

Field teams use the ProofSafe app (iOS and Android) to conduct asset audits on the ground. Each inspection captures GPS location automatically, records pass/fail status across configurable criteria, attaches photos, and raises fault tasks where action is needed. Forms are submitted directly to the cloud — no manual data entry back at the office.

Collected data surfaces in the ProofSafe web portal as a navigable asset register — each asset shown with its geo-location, current status, audit history, photos, and open tasks. Compliance reports are generated directly from the portal, giving operations managers a complete view of asset condition without leaving the office.

How the UTS integration works

NEXUS10 and u-BOX10 communicate with field equipment and feed operational data upstream. That data flows into ProofSafe, where each piece of equipment is represented as an asset with its properties, status, and history. StockHive holds the asset register and compliance tracking layer. ProofSafe provides the field collection, map navigation, and reporting front-end — so the field team and operations team are always working from the same live picture.
