NEXUS10 PAS System

It is simple - a newly made product is travelling on the conveyor, then it gets packed into boxes, boxes get packaged into pallets, pallets are loaded into the trucks and this process repeats itself day after day, non-stop.

NEXUS10PAS production control and monitoring system tracks how many products, boxes, pallets, trucks have passed various points of production. It also tracks how long it took to produce a certain product, what it should have taken and if it took much longer then it should have, where this time was wasted (downtimes? waste? equipment fault?).

NEXUS10PAS can run by itself or be integrated in with NEXUS10 VISION, PCM, QAS etc. In most cases NEXUS10PAS can also be integrated with your existing manufacturing system.

u-Reporter10 allows to produce various reports based on collected information (downtime listing, exceptions, production counts, production history, summary for the given time frame etc)

e-Courier10 can deliver same reports via email.
